Developments of Ukrainian Specialists

Today one can find semi-conductors of special materials. Their resistance must be somewhere between that of a conductor and a non-conductor. Changes in temperature or added admixtures also change the resistance.
The material contains admixtures if some different components have been put to it. The final combination defines the semiconductors as power semiconductor devices of type-n or type-t.
Diodes and transistors are manufactured of these two variants of semi-conductors. Generally silicon is used to produce semi-conductors nowadays.
Diode then is the electronic unit produced of semiconductor substance. It lets electrical current pass just in one sense. The popularity of thyristors industry was governed by Moore’s law. The most important factor for manufacturinfg complex power semi-conductor equipment at smaller prices is today lithography. Concerning optical lithography, it eventually gives way to the popularization of new technologies because it has met its physical limit.
